of group activities,
designed specifically
for Young PALS.
They
will help to improve
your skill and build
your confidence but
more importantly they
will be fun!
Examples
of activities include
basketball, teen gym,
dance, swimming, teen
aerobics, football,
fitness and skill circuits,
benchball, parachute
games, chicken tag
....the list is endless!
The
sports centres also
offer a range of sports,
fitness activities,
dance programmes etc.
We will help you to
choose the right ones
for you.
You
can also have a home
activity programme
if that’s
what you prefer. We
will even help you
to become more active
in your daily routine! |
