you can access on the
scheme:
• Time
with someone from the
Physical Activity Development
Team to talk about
getting more active,
and help to come up
with ideas on how to
do this
• A personalised activity plan
• Young PALS activity clubs
• Involvement in the Young PALS Network, where you will receive information
all about activities available to you, and general advice on physical activity-
how much you should do, what’s safe and types of activity.
• Healthy eating information
• A pass to give you reduced prices at sports centres for a range of activities
• Involvement in the Young PALS incentive scheme. |
