PALS is about helping
young people, like
you, to get more active.
You can try out lots
of different activities
including a variety
of sports, dance and
fitness activities.
In fact, you name it
and we will try and
sort it for you.
We
will also give you
lots of information
about where to go and
what to do.
There
are even some specific
sessions just for the
Young PALS!

information on healthy
eating, it could help
you to achieve a more
